This extraordinary two story home features 4 bedrooms /3 bathrooms, a private master bedroom and bath on the second floor, as well as an upper screened in patio with an outdoor grill and furniture. The large backyard, 2 living spaces, and pool table to add to the welcoming environment. Whether coming here for a long weekend or for work, you won’t find a more inviting place! Only a 4 minute walk from the nearest bus stop that will take you anywhere in Austin. This house is EXTREMELY child friendly with child-safety locks and doors, toy, and cribs available.     House was awesome! Clean, well maintained and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home to any large group/family looking to visit Austin. Flint Rock Management was very accommodating and made renting this home a breeze.

    Great house for a family visit. Wish we had been in it more to use the screened in porch. Only complaint was the downstairs bedrooms were very warm. Upstairs master suite was wonderful and spacious.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this house! We rented it for a girls weekend in Austin and couldn't be happier with our rental. The house is gorgeous!! and the management company was beyond easy to work with, very helpful and very professional. The house had all of your everyday needs; towels, sheets, pillows, hair dryer, iron, full kitchen. It's gorgeous. and the upper deck is amazing! We are definitely planning on renting this house again soon!

    Had a great time renting this place in Austin for the weekend. Wished it was closer to downtown but a 10 min cab ride wasn't too bad. House was very clean, lots of rooms, accommodations were great. We fit 12 people no problem. Towels, bedding, etc. all provided which we didn't expect which was awesome. Only issue was door handle fell off, but company was very helpful and came to our rescue within an hour!

    We stayed two days mainly for a wedding ceremony and reception. We had great time during this short duration stay and wish for a longer staying. The location is also convenient to reach many Austin sites. A short distance walk is the elementary school with nice playground for our grandson. The house is spacious and child friendly.

    I recently hosted a Bachelorette party in Austin, and this was the chosen location for our stay. In a nutshell, this place was WONDERFUL. The house is extremely spacious and accommodated our large group of 10 very well. One of my favorite features of the house is the large upstairs balcony. It was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the morning, eat breakfast, and relax. Also, I have to say that this place was extremely affordable compared to some of the other rentals in the Austin area. I do wish the house was a bit closer to 6th street, but I assume that that is why the rate was cheaper than other rental houses downtown. Overall, I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend this place to a friend in a heartbeat!
